Gray Dougherty is the Principal Architect and Senior Product Manager at TektonOS. He leads the company’s architectural product development, driving innovation in building design, project integration, and builder interfaces. Gray translates complex design challenges into digital systems that simplify field execution and empower builders. With more than 20 years of architectural experience, Gray has dedicated his career to the intersection of design, systems thinking, and process integration.

Principal Engineer/Product Manager

Matt Sarkan is Principal Engineer and Product Manager at TektonOS. With more than a decade of experience in residential structural design, Matt specializes in delivering fully coordinated, end-to-end building systems for complex single-family and multi-family projects. He has led cross-disciplinary design teams through every phase of design and construction, ensuring precision and
consistency from digital model to field
execution. At the heart of his work is the creation of fully integrated building models that drive accuracy, efficiency, and trust.
