Analog - Homes are built one trade at a time, coordination occuring in the field.

Onsite - 70% of time spent is non-value add work, 30% of site materials are landfilled.

Project - Each home is a ‘one off’ prototype, never to be repeated again. Work cannot be optimized. Signifcant waste results.
