WHAT IT IS
A factory-built building system that ships all five rough trades in one panel.
ONEBuild is an integrated wall, floor, and roof panel system manufactured offsite with framing, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and structural sheathing pre-installed. It arrives at the site set-ready and is assembled by a single ONEBuild crew under one contract. There is no rough-trade subcontractor coordination because there are no rough-trade subcontractors.

01 Designed
The plan is the spec.
TektonOS is the Architect of Record and Engineer of Record on every home. Plans are produced by the same team that owns the build — so what's drawn is what's manufactured, with zero handoff loss.

02 Manufactured
The site stops being a coordination problem.
Every ONEBuild panel ships with framing, electrical pathways, plumbing chases, HVAC openings, and structural sheathing already in place. Trades aren't roughed-in on site — they arrive on site already roughed-in.
FRAMING
Wall, floor, and roof panels engineered for production-builder spec.
ELECTRICAL
Tier-and-Level circuit architecture. Pre-routed, pre-terminated, ready for D-Bar connection.
PLUMBING
Cassette SKU library — Hold-Rite, PEX-Rite, Uponor PEX. Drop-in chases.
HVAC
Duct openings and equipment cavities pre-cut and reinforced.
SHEATHING
Structural OSB applied at the factory. Set-ready when delivered.
ON SITE
One crew.
One contract.

03 Assembled
Five trades roughed in, in ten days.
A single ONEBuild install team replaces four rough-trade subs. They set the panels, connect at pre-engineered tie points, and complete the rough phase in ten days — with one number on the schedule and one invoice on the books.
DAY 1–3 — SET
Walls, floors, roof. Crane sequence pre-engineered.
DAY 4–7 — CONNECT
Trade tie-ins at pre-routed connection points. No field cutting.
DAY 8–10 — CLOSE
Inspection, sign-off, and handoff to drywall. Rough phase complete.
